How the order process works:

After you did the payment, you’ll receive a form to fill in, just basic details and it is here that you have to upload your logo with a clear background in PNG. Please, this is very important that it is correct because if it’s not, it will delay the finishing of your order because we have to converse back and forth before we can do your drawing.
You will receive another file, which is the sign off document. This one you should not fill in yet.
You will receive your video with a watermark over it and the sign off form to confirm that you are happy with your video.
Then when you are happy, you can fill in the sign off form, you’ll receive your video without the watermark and only then will your money be released to us from PayPal.
